Here, at Aerones, we have different ways of thinking: from the early beginning, it's always been about the idea to change how wind turbines and their blades are serviced and maintained.
We agree with the great inventor Thomas Edison: there is always a way to do something better. One just has to find it.
It takes outstanding people to turn good ideas into great products and services. The challenge that we at Aerones are trying to solve not only involves a high degree of in-house engineering expertise, but also ingenuity, thinking out of the box, and being resourceful.
These yearly comparison images clearly show how far we have come in such a short time frame. Quite often we do not give ourselves enough credit - we are the first company in the world that has commercialized up tower robotic technology in the wind industry.
Not that long ago we were trying to figure out how to de-ice turbines using heavy-lift drones but soon transitioned to a suspended robotic platform. Everyone, working for Aerones, is proud to have joined this company at such a pivotal time.
We are now the approved service providers for Vestas, GE, and Nordex-Acciona USA and working with several major wind farm owners and operators.
We would like to thank all our clients and partners for trusting Aerones: thank you for giving us the chance to demonstrate our technology on-site: with more than 900 wind turbine blades serviced and 5,000+ lightning protection system receptors checked, 2020 has been a great year, no matter the challenges it's presented.
We have created a league of our own and everything we have achieved qualifies for a world's first.
